Villamisa is the evolution of a family dream: to open the doors of our country villa and welcome those who choose us as if they were at home. Today that dream has a name and a place, where our winemaking history meets the authentic flavours of the land.
Before becoming a Bistrot and a home for our guests, Villamisa was our family’s place: a villa set in the countryside, among the vines, where time flows at a different pace. For generations we have cultivated a passion for the land and for wine, and from that passion comes the desire to share what we have built, with simplicity and the pleasure of hospitality.
The Bistrot
The Villamisa Bistrot is an invitation to slow down. The kitchen celebrates local produce and traditional recipes, prepared with care and without frills, in an informal and welcoming atmosphere. Every dish tells the story of the land it comes from and is designed to be enjoyed with our wines, for a journey of taste that begins in the vineyard and ends at the table.
